As Administrative Director at SAM, Tammy Petrekovich brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in enhancing organizational efficiency, streamlining operations and facility construction/management. With an eye for detail and a passion for fostering collaborative work environments, Tammy oversees daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth processes that support SAM’s mission and long-term goals.
Tammy graduated from Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication with a minor in Marketing.
Tammy’s favorite SAM core value is People and she believes employees are the cornerstone of any successful business. She has a passion for employee mentoring and development and believes that each team member is valued and plays a critical role in the success of the company. Tammy spends time in the community supporting her church and nonprofit organizations such as World Vision, MD Anderson Cancer Center and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She resides in the Austin area with her husband and two adult children.
