Susan Ball

Susan Ball has over 35 years of extensive experience in finance, accounting, business operations, and taxes in both public and private companies. She has considerable knowledge and expertise in capital markets, mergers, and acquisitions with related experience in integration and international operations. As the CFO, Susan provides financial oversight for the entire company and its subsidiaries. She plays a key leadership role in continuing to ensure the financial strength of the company and its strategic growth.

Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Western University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is a member of the Missouri Society of CPAs and has served on various charitable boards including, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Children’s Place, and actively supports other organizations such as Easter Seals.

Susan’s favorite core value is People. She believes people are the foundation to the success of any organization and vital to ensure every core value is upheld. Susan learned the importance of teamwork, mentoring, and professional development early in her career and firmly believes every individual in an organization is critical to success and has an important role to play. In her free time, Susan enjoys spending quality time with her adult daughters and new son-in-law, reading, and working out. She is an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and Mizzou Tigers and loves traveling to Disney World with her family. Her passion is supporting better lives and quality for children and animals.
