Shane brings over 20 years of leadership experience operating in the Fortune 100 and private equity environments. With a proven track record of success, he has led organizations to deliver growth and business improvement across various industries, both domestically and internationally. As the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer, Shane is responsible for creating the corporate strategy, vision and corporate narrative, productizing the SAM portfolio of solutions, P&L management, developing the go-to-market strategy, and leading the company’s and its subsidiaries’ organic and inorganic growth efforts.
Before joining SAM, Shane held several roles with well-known global companies like Honeywell, GE, and Woodward across various industries and business models. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign after enlisting in the U.S. Air Force.
Shane’s favorite SAM core value is People, and he has a passion for creating an environment where people have the autonomy and the opportunity to be their best and shine. He resides in Fort Collins, CO, with his wife and two sons.
