Oliver Pollard

Ollie Pollard brings over 20 years of experience delivering professional services in the AEC industry. As a Principal and Senior Vice President at SAM, he provides strategic leadership as the Regional Manager for locations across Central Texas, South Texas, El Paso, and New Mexico. Ollie drives strategy, growth, and innovation throughout the region—leading market expansion efforts, ensuring operational stability, and establishing key financial benchmarks. He works closely with Regional Operations Managers to align on SAM’s strategic objectives and sustain high-performance business outcomes.

Ollie leads with a focus on operational excellence, client retention, and team development. Collaborating with area leaders, subject matter experts, and SAM executives, he navigates complex challenges and implements transformative strategies that support SAM’s long-term financial goals and vision for growth.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics from Texas A&M–Corpus Christi and is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas and Louisiana. Ollie remains active in several industry associations and stays ahead of evolving trends and best practices. His project experience spans a wide range of infrastructure markets, including electric transmission, renewables, transportation, energy, telecom, water, and utilities.
