Kelli joined SAM in 2012 and brings over 20 years of experience in recruiting, with more than twelve of those years in the A/E/C industry. As the leader of the Workforce Development team, Kelli focuses on attracting and retaining top talent. She has been instrumental in identifying and nurturing future leaders within the organization by establishing key programs such as SAM’s Internship Program, the DOL Apprenticeship Program, and the DOD SkillBridge Program. Additionally, Kelli founded the SAM WINS group, dedicated to fostering a supportive, empowering, and inclusive environment for all women within the organization.

A graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Kelli also serves as Vice President on the newly established CIEF-Central Texas board. Her passion for connecting people with their passion has significantly contributed to SAM’s exponential growth. Kelli is deeply committed to building strong relationships with universities and high schools nationwide, exposing students to the geospatial industry. Her dedication extends beyond recruitment, as she collaborates closely with the Human Resources and Operations teams to develop professional development and career advancement opportunities for employees at SAM.

Kelli’s favorite core value is People. She believes that a company’s greatest asset is its people – regardless of their role or title, they drive the company’s innovation and success. At SAM, the entrepreneurial spirit reinforces this belief, driving growth and excellence in the industry. Away from the office, Kelli enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
