Kelli has over 16 years of experience in recruiting, with more than eight in the A/E/C industry. She leads the talent acquisition team, with a primary focus in attracting and retaining top talent. In an effort to identify future leaders in the organization, Kelli established SAM’s Internship Program in 2012 and has helped it evolve over the years.
Kelli is a graduate of Texas State University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Kelli truly enjoys connecting people to their passion, and she has been a major contributor to the exponential growth at SAM. Kelli works to develop strong relationships with universities and high schools across the country to expose students to the surveying profession. Her passion to see people succeed does not stop when they come on board as she collaborates with Human Resources to create programs for professional development and career advancement opportunities.
Kelli’s her favorite core value is People. Kelli believes people are a company’s best asset and act as the face of the company, no matter their role or title. The entrepreneurial spirit at SAM reinforces this belief, which attributes to its superior growth and success in the industry. Away from the office, you can catch Kelli at a baseball field in Austin cheering on her husband and two daughters.
