Jeff Solberg has over 28 years of experience providing a variety of professional services in the AEC industry. Jeff is the Office Manager for two SAM offices in the Houston, TX area. His responsibilities include providing leadership and management experience while executing the company’s mission for future growth. He focuses on mentoring staff to improving client satisfaction and increase operational excellence.

Jeff spent the first 15 years of his surveying career working in the field at several firms in East Texas. He was fortunate enough to work alongside experienced professionals, acquiring the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful surveyor. His experience spans a wide range of projects throughout all types of residential and commercial surveys. This includes numerous projects in the oil and gas industry, among others. Through drive, hard work, and many great mentors, Jeff rose through the ranks to his current role of Office Manager.

Jeff’s favorite core value is Integrity and Ethics. He believes that a solid base of integrity and strong ethics are key contributors to good performance, sustainable growth, and long-term success for any organization. Jeff is actively involved in his local church and spends his spare time as an avid runner and cyclist. He currently resides in Texas with his wife and 4 kids.
