Geoffrey Sease

Mr. Sease has over 30 years of experience in GPS surveying, photogrammetry and remote sensing mapping applications, providing him with a broad knowledge base in all geospatial disciplines. Through his experience working in multiple disciplines of mapping and surveying, Mr. Sease has gained a unique ability to understand clients’ requirements from a financial and operational perspective. He began his career as a survey field technician and progressed through various stages of the Geospatial industry, including project management, before forming a regional start-up aerial-mapping company in 2011, providing aerial imagery and LiDAR services. This unique progression in the industry sharpened his ability to bring people together to form successful working relationships.

Geoffrey manages SAM’s Aerial Mapping activities in the eastern United States.  He works side by side with SAM’s market leads in Utility, Transportation, Energy, and Government to provide solutions to clients with a focus on LiDAR and Imagery derivatives. As Operations Manager, Mr. Sease is tasked with executing SAM’s overall business strategy and corporate initiatives, providing customers with next gen solutions in remote sensing.

A favorite SAM core value for Geoffrey is People. He believes that having multiple backgrounds, individuals, and talents helps generate new and trending ideas that push SAM forward in an ever-changing technological world. The SAM family of ideas, combined with execution of technology helps facilitate success, both personally and professionally. Geoffrey enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his family. He is an avid baseball fan and travels with his son to watch his Braves play at different ballparks across the nation.
