With 25 plus years of experience in surveying and mapping, along with 15 years in the GIS industry, Chad brings a wealth of expertise to every project. His leadership fosters innovation, collaboration, and a results-driven culture, positioning SAM at the forefront of the industry.

Chad is a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Texas. He is an active member of industry organizations such as the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society (FSMS), TEAM FL, and the American Council of Engineering Companies of Florida (ACEC_FL). With extensive experience, Chad has successfully managed projects for investor-owned utilities (IOUs), Department of Transportation (DOT’s), state government agencies, and local municipalities throughout the Southeast.
