Andy Scott brings 35 years of leadership experience helping organizations achieve rapid and sustainable growth through data-driven strategies. As the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Andy oversees the Applied Technology team while collaborating with our Operations and Executive Management teams to help SAM achieve our strategic goals.
Andy has significant experience driving growth for publicly traded and private equity companies, holding senior roles with organizations across various industries, including WSP Group, GE Capital, and Hydromax USA. He also has extensive international experience with proven success in commercializing digital technology.
Andy’s favorite SAM core value is People. He is a firm believer that empowered and motivated employees are the key to the success of any business and is passionate about growing and mentoring individuals to achieve their life goals. Originally from the United Kingdom, Andy and his wife Helen have lived in Houston for the last 13 years with their now adult children, Tom and Katy, and their rescue cats and dogs.
