This client required surveys and aerial mapping to support land acquisition, sub-station design, route planning, and construction of 67 wind turbines along with associated access roads and collector lines for a Wind Farm located in Seboyeta, NM. SAM provided aerial mapping and digital orthophotography, boundary surveying, subdivision platting, ALTA/ACSM land title survey, easement and access descriptions, and construction staking of approximately 45,000 acre boundary, 5,000 acre lease, and 16 miles of access roads including 67 turbine sites, associated substation, switch station, subdivision platting and utilities. SAM also performed construction support services, and as-builts in an extremely remote part of northwestern New Mexico.
