Christine leads all SAM operations for the Northeast Area of the United States including 13 offices in NY, NJ, PA, and all the New England States. She joined SAM in 2024 when SAM acquired GdB Geospatial, the company that Christine founded in 2010 and grew exponentially. She leads a team of 160 people providing land surveying, utility locating/mapping, GIS, laser scanning, BIM. She started her career designing conduit for Verizon’s capital improvement program, which eventually led to focus on geospatial services on infrastructure projects.
Christine is a licensed Land Surveyor in NY and FL. She was awarded the 2017 SmartCEO Long Island Future 50 Award, recognizing the firm as one of fifty of the fastest growing mid-size firms on Long Island. Christine was also featured in xyHt magazine (link to www.xyht.com) in an article entitled “Looking Forward; 40 under 40,” where she was recognized as a worldwide top geospatial professional under 40 years of age. In 2018, Christine was a United States delegate working in Switzerland to learn how to improve cadastral systems. She has also served as President of ASCE Long Island branch. She has presented continuing education lectures on the subjects of surveying, LiDAR, and GIS.
Christine has transitioned from a technical professional to a business leader specializing in growing teams and producing results. Her favorite core value is People as she pushes a culture of bringing each other up, and a “team of teams” mentality.
