John Braden

John Braden has built a career out of collecting and processing imagery and video for a variety of different markets and industries. He has 12 years of experience in Photogrammetry and LiDAR processing and 8 additional years as a professional writer/photographer/marketing professional, dating back to his graduation from from Texas A&M University in 2007. He is a Certified Photogrammetrist with the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) and has earned certification as a Level II UAS Thermographer.

Currently, John is a Senior Manager responsible for running the Electric Inspection Team, Orthophoto production team and video/oblique imagery production team out of the SAM headquarters in Austin, TX. He has been instrumental in development of SAM’s UAS/Manned inspection, oblique, orthophotography, and video acquisition, production and delivery procedures.

Of all of SAM’s core values, John believes People is the most important.
