Greg Cleveland has 30 years of engineering, construction, and project management experience delivering large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects across Texas. Located in Dallas, he is the Senior Vice President of North Texas CEI Operations working with TxDOT, NTTA, and various government agencies. He leads the company in the deployment of cloud-based inspection tools, statistical validation methods, and pavement optimization strategies to enhance construction quality and performance.
Greg specializes in design-build project delivery, quality assurance, and risk-based construction oversight ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while optimizing resources, schedules, and budgets. He has a proven track record of leading multi-billion-dollar projects, overseeing multiple teams, and implementing innovative construction management solutions.
Greg holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in 10 states and a nationally Certified Construction Manager (CCM). Greg’s favorite core value is People and he excels at mentoring, training, and developing employees. Actively involved in his community, Greg has volunteered as a math tutor to middle school students, team photographer for local youth sports, and guest lecturer in engineering at several colleges. He currently resides in Texas with his wife and two children.
