Kevin Richardson has been delivering multidisciplinary professional services in the AEC industry for more than 30 years. Passionate about helping businesses grow, Kevin specializes in strategic planning, operations, and leadership development. As a Principal and North East Regional Director for SAM, Kevin is focused primarily on expanding company growth and business development throughout the region, as well as serving in a leadership role for the company.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University in Surveying Engineering. He is a licensed professional land surveyor in Ohio, Kentucky, Louisiana, South Carolina, and Texas and a member of several professional and industry-related associations including the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio (PLSO), the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS), and the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).

Kevin resides in Columbus, Ohio where he enjoys spending time camping and boating with his wife and two children.
